Add (2) start docklets side buy side to the top or bottom dock on left edge.

Locate the vista Dark Startmenu icon and apply the 2 png pics to each docklet!

TO GET THEM ZOOMING CLOSER TOGETHER right click the edge of your dock that you have the start menu in, select 'Dock Settings' select 'effects' in "zoom Effect Setting:" drag the slider farther over to the right. Now you 2icons will seperate less.

enjoy.

THE following is a tutorial to get your docks to appear like your windows taskbar, without loosing any standard or advanced options.

Often Ill see a post relating to this Question: Can I Make my Objectdock bar appear how my widows taskbar appears.

Answer of course, YES:

Load 2 docks to the area of your screen were your windows task bar is (usally top or bottom of screen).

Dock on far Left - holds first the windows start docklet icon, then short cuts like internet, network, hard drives, folders, applications, etc. Now in "Dock Settings" of this dock select 'Show Running Tasks. This shows any open applications or open folders etc.

Dock on far right in "Dock Settings" select "Show system tray icons on the dock." if you like you can also add some docklets here like a clock, calendar, mail etc.

Re not hiding these 2 docks. Its much more convenient to have the taskbar area showing all the time. For example you can glance down to see what apps. are currently running, check the time, glance for newemail, glance to see if buddies are online, or just look at your system tray icons, all without having to move a lazy finger or mouse . So I personally recommend not hiding these 2 docks. Or that these 2 docks on the screen have "hide dock" unselected.

PS. Many people also choose to have all this on the top of the monitor instead of bottom.

Thats it, Now you have an Xtream Nitro Supercharged Taskbar. killa
